Frequently Asked Questions


  • How often do you come out?

    Most of our customers prefer weekly service. Our full service options are:

    1x per week

    2x per week

    3x per week

    One-time cleaning

  • Do you work year round?

    Yes. your furry friends keep up on their job year-round and we keep up on ours.

  • What about snow or leaves?

    We will usually work in the rain or snow, however, very heavy rain or snowfall may stop us temporarily. We will usually be able to resume work later that week or the following week.

    We are able to get what we can while there are leaves on the ground, but there may be an additional fee charged if you do not keep them cleaned up so that we can easily find the waste.

  • What about holidays?

    We do not work the following days:

    -New Year's Day

    -Memorial Day

    -Independence Day

    -Labor Day

    -Thanksgiving Day

    -Christmas Day

  • Should I unlock my gate?

    Yes. We may be awesome, but we prefer not to springboard or pull off acrobatics attempting to climb over your fence. Please have your gate unlocked on your service day.

    You may also provide us with a key or lock combination if that would be convenient for you.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a gate latch that we can easily latch and unlatch from either side of the gate.

  • Can you work with my dog in the yard?

    In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs. However, dogs are protective over their turf and occasionally there will be dogs that will not allow us into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard safely, then we will ask that you restrain or confine your dog on your specific service days. We don't want to take unnecessary risks with your dog and our safety.

  • What if I want to skip a service day?

    Your dog never takes a day off so why should we? We understand that there are things that may occasionally interfere with us entering your yard. If something like that comes up please let us know in a timely manner and we will skip your yard that day. We will however bill monthly as normal and come again the following week to clean up.

  • How do I pay you?

    We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, and Checks.

    We will email an invoice to you on the 1st of every month that reflects services completed in the previous month. Payment will be due by the 15th day of each month. If you don't have an e-mail address and need a paper invoice/statement (or just simply prefer a paper invoice), there will be an extra $3.00 charge to produce the paper invoice.


    If you have chosen Automatic Payments Your credit/debit card will automatically be charged on the 15th of each month following the service completed.*


    *If adequate funds are not available in your account (debit or checking) you will be charged a $25.00, insufficient funds fee, in addition to your bank's charges/fees. This includes if you have a debit card and there are not adequate funds in the account to cover the charge.


    CUSTOMERS PAYING WITH CASH OR CHECK are responsible to send payment in time so that we RECEIVE payment in full by the 15th day of each month. There is an additional $15 charge for opting to pay for monthly service by cash or check.

  • What if my payment is late?

    If we do not receive payment in full by the 15th day of the month service will be terminated immediately and we will go about due process to collect payment from you. Upon receiving a late payment you will be charged a reinstatement fee of $30.00 if the payment is received within 15 days of due date. If we receive your payment within the 15 day period after invoice due date, not only will there be the reinstatement fee but you will also still be charged for all unserviced weeks that were necessary due to your late payment.


    If we receive payment later than 15 days past invoice due date, there will still be a $30.00 reinstatement fee assessed and we will need to reschedule a 1st Time Cleanup Service and you will be charged accordingly. There will also be an Overdue Invoice Fee of $1.00 per day charging back to the invoice due date and counting.

  • Are there any contracts I have to sign?

    NO*. We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service.


    *We require New Customer Form to be completed and signed to signify that we can enter, service your property and that you agree to our terms and conditions.

  • Is there an additional charge for the first time?

    There will be a minimum fee of $25.00 for the 1st Time Cleanup Service. However, if there has been an accumulation of waste over time there will be an additional charge to be assessed onsite.

  • How do I give you a Tip?

    You spoke, we listened.

    We now have the option to simply add a tip (of your choice) to your monthly bill. It is that simple. If you're an existing customer, just tell the service worker next time you see them that you would like to add a $____ tip to your monthly bill. Or just give us a call and we will be happy to set it up for you.

  • Is it possible to get a one-time-cleanup?

    Yes! A one-time* clean-up or short-term service may be easily arranged.


    *There will be an extra charge for a one-time-only clean-up and is subject to the same pricing as for a first-time clean-up.

  • What does "Satisfaction Guaranteed" mean?

    We GUARANTEE that you will get service you are happy with, or you don't have to pay for it! We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We're working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality service.


    We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know right away. We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard the same day or the next day (for FREE) or by crediting your account so you won't be charged. We must be notified within 4 hours of when the service worker serviced your yard for the satisfaction guarantee to be in effect.


    Important: Make sure that the pile(s) you have found are not fresh and have not been deposited there since our service worker was in your yard. If our service worker returns when requested and finds the above to be true you will be subject to a fee of $8.00 to cover fuel and time costs.
